Our Programs!
We currently have four ongoing programs that all target pediatric health care inequity in the Philippines. Each oversee different aspects of this issue from supplies, outreach, finance, and more. Our grassroots efforts expand from local high schools to colleges around Florida, all facilitating change through these programs.
Pediatric Care Program
Our Pediatric Care Program supports hospitalized and underserved children in the Philippines by providing care packages designed to reduce stress, encourage creativity, and promote emotional well-being during difficult times. Through partnerships with hospitals, community centers, and student organizations, the program has distributed more than 350 care packages and expanded its impact to multiple pediatric facilities across the Philippines.
Medical Donations Program
Medical Donations addresses shortages of essential medical supplies in underserved pediatric healthcare facilities across the Philippines by collecting, organizing, and distributing donated equipment and materials from the United States. By leveraging PHI’s Balikbayan-inspired donation network and annual shipment process, the program strengthens healthcare capacity while reducing waste from unused but functional medical supplies.
Project Eskwela
Project Eskwela is the our education-focused program that works to address learning poverty in the Philippines by providing books, school supplies, and literacy resources to underserved primary and secondary schools. Volunteers support these efforts by collecting, sorting, and packaging donations for shipment to partner schools, including facilities such as Alimodian National Comprehensive High School and Malaya Elementary School.
Seth's Basketball and Outreach
Seth’s Basketball Outreach is a program founded by Seth Jimenez that uses basketball as a vehicle to support and connect with underserved youth communities in Cebu, Philippines. By combining fundraising, skills training, scrimmages, and community engagement, the program aims to give back to the Philippines while fostering teamwork, confidence, and personal growth through sports.
