What are Communications Chairs?

Communications Chairs are the creative eye of Philippine Health Initiative, bringing project ideas and visions to life. As college and high school students, Communications Chairs are able to express their personal creative visions through media projects (i.e. videos, documentaries, films) and graphic design.
