What are University Chairs?
University Representatives act as programming liaisons for PHI. As a formalized role of our past efforts, University Representatives bring PHI's mission to their college campuses by communicating individuals in college organizations, nonprofits, sports teams, and more.
This role allows busy college students the opportunity to continuously be involved with PHI while balancing their rigorous course load.
2025-2026 University Chairs
Czach Elma
University of Pennsylvania
I'm planning to collaborate with Penn's undergraduate healthcare organizations with both the Wharton School and School of Nursing to host medical drives. I'd also like to host information sessions on the healthcare systems in the Philippines to educate Wharton undergraduates on the global healthcare scene.
Elie Chapman
University of Florida
I intend to spread the impact of PHI to the local Gainesville high schools, especially because I’m a Gainesville native. Collaborating with organizations all around Florida is something I’m also interested in and can’t wait to carry out!
Katrina Tiqui
University of Central Florida
I plan to collaborate with my club CBOB (Children Beyond Our Borders) whether it be through projects we do together like volunteering or fundraising. I also hope to maybe foster a connection between PHI and my mom's hometown Tondo, Manila through fundraising and possible connections. Furthermore, I'd like to aid in providing religious articles to give to the people too!
